Enjoying the sunset over Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is a must do.

The best place to watch the sunset when you are in Notre-Dame area is from Archeveché bridge where you can see the square, the Seine river, and the cathedral. In summer a lot of Parisians and tourists set up picnics on the river banks.
