I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years and vegan since 2015. Well, almost vegan because I still crave a little piece of cheese or a pastry from a great pastry chef. I am French for a reason! I am also intolerant to gluten for a few years, and I try to reduce my gluten consumption as much as possible. Cooking on my own is a real benefit.
I had not planned to put my vegan recipes on this blog. Considering the many requests on my Instagram, I thought it would be easier to share them here.
